Tgi Freight is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team! We are a well established family owned business of 36 years that takes pride in providing a safe, fair, happy work environment for our employees while providing excellent service to our customers.
Delivery vehicle: GMC Panel Van or Ford Transit Van.
Job description:
Freight delivery to and from Ted Stevens International Airport to locations in Anchorage and Eagle River.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate the delivery vehicles listed above.
Load and unload cargo.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
Complete paperwork at each stop include house bills, manifests and air waybills.
Accurately check in shipments at passenger and cargo airlines.
Qualifications:
Airline or shipping experience is a plus.
Delivery driver experience is a plus.
Good people skills. Must be able to maintain excellent working relationships with customers and fellow employees.
Must have a good work ethic and be punctual and dependable.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Must be able to work overtime.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with paid lunch / daily overtime.
