Immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and needs to work well independently as well as within a team setting.
Essential Job Duties Include:
Preparing and maintaining proper records for all accounts payable
Investigating discrepancies
Preparing various internal payroll reports
Following standard accounting practices and procedures
Reconciling bank statements
Data entry and 10-key typing skills with accuracy
2 years' accounts payable experience is preferred.
Pay starting at $16-$18/HRÂ per hour, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
