The Bookkeeper position’s specific responsibilities include:
Answer accounting related phone calls and manage appropriate follow-through.
Process revenue/deposits and execute associated entries.
Prepare/post vendor payables.
Assist with collection emails/phone calls of guests/customers.
Process credit card transactions and execute credit card terminal batch settlements.
Post vendor invoices and credit card purchases.
Complete other activities and responsibilities as required.

Work Schedule:
Full time (30-40 hours weekly, Mon - Fri)
Health Insurance + 401k available after 6 months for full time position

Pay: Dependent on Experience. Starting wage for less experience is $20/hour. We include an annual bonus as part of compensation after 1 year of employment.
