Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Full time 40/HR
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
$21.63-$28.85/HR Depending on experience
Immediately seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for business and financial accounts including AP, AR, payroll, banking, ACH, annual budgets, state and federal quarterly reports. Use of QuickBooks Pro for accounting activities.
Annual Audit/Review-preparation through final report.
Responsible for personnel, administrative, financial, and correspondence files-updating as necessary.
Maintain leave banks and annuity contributions for paid staff. Enroll new employees in health insurance programs and annuity programs.
Receptionist duties as needed. Including office inventory and purchasing.
Monthly apparatus reports Attend and take minutes for all Board of Directors meetings.
Attend training classes, schools and seminars as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Alaska Driver’s license
Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
Proficient with QuickBooks
Current Notary Public certification or ability to get one.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Background will be viewed.
