Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious Showroom Manager to oversee our modular prefab home showroom. As the face of our business in the showroom, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining our model displays. With a hands-on approach, you’ll manage the showroom floor, assist customers in exploring our modular home options, and offer insights into customization and installation. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth within a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement: Lead customers through the showroom, understand their needs, and offer solutions with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Showroom Maintenance: Perform basic handyman tasks to keep displays in top shape and ensure all models are presentable and ready for tours.
Basic Construction Knowledge: Answer basic construction questions and explain our sustainable building materials and processes, such as our solar solutions and environmentally-friendly materials.
Equipment Operation: Operate showroom equipment and support small logistical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong sales and communication skills
Basic construction knowledge and familiarity with prefab homes
Self-driven, responsible, and ambitious, with a desire to grow
Basic handyman skills for minor showroom repairs and setup
Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and showroom demands
