The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year barista and/or food experience, be punctual AND reliable, honest, customer service oriented, willing to work Saturdays if needed, possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and have an eye for detail. They show up each day with a great attitude ready to take the world by storm! They work together with their team helping with ALL tasks around our spaces, not taking the easy way out. P L E A S E N O T E:
-> Shift Lead Positions require 1 years experience minimum in cafe/coffee shop setting (2+ preferred) with 6 months leadership experience preferred.
Driver's license & vehicle are a requirement for this position.
-> Prep Master requires 1 year minimum kitchen experience. This is a early morning, independent position with attention to detail, efficiency & ability to multi-task being the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
-> Barista's: All barista's will train at main cafe unless otherwise told so upon hire. Cross-training is a (an eventual) requirement of this position. Experience preferred but willing to train to right candidate.
Job Types: part-time, full-time, 4 hour shifts, college class flexibility, evenings, mid-shift
