We’re currently seeking a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be cooking on the line, mentoring staff, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a positive team attitude.
Oversee daily kitchen operations including prep, service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
Ensure food safety, proper sanitation, and adherence to local health codes.
Maintain food consistency and presentation quality.
Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, specials, and event offerings.
Provide training and support for all BOH team members.
Qualifications:
3+ years of kitchen management or head chef experience preferred.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
ServSafe certification or equivalent (or willing to obtain).
Proven leadership and team-building ability.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Banquet or event service experience a plus.
Compensation & Perks:
$25–$26/hr DOE
Share of 2% food and service charge
50% off Shift meals; 20% off other meals
