Alaska Taco Company, proudly launched by the founders of Fairbanks’ iconic Frostbite Foods, is opening off Geist Rd next to NAPA Auto Parts. We’re serving up unique, Alaskan-inspired fish tacos with a proven business model, and we need someone awesome to join us. Starting this spring, we’ll run Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 11 AM to 6:30 PM, growing to 5 days a week by summer. This isn’t just a job—it’s a shot to grow with us, maybe even managing or owning a location someday!
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly face who loves connecting with people and sharing a smile with every taco.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and keeps their cool under pressure.
Passionate about food, eager to showcase our creative fish taco recipes.
Reliable and detail-oriented, ensuring every taco shines and our space stays pristine.
A positive team player who gels with our small, dedicated crew.
What You’ll Get:
Starting pay of $17/hour, plus an average of $5/hour in tips—up to $22/hour!
Spring hours: Wed-Fri, 11 AM-6:30 PM, expanding to 5 days/week in summer.
A spot with the Frostbite Foods team at our Geist Rd hut, with real potential to learn the ropes and step into management—or even ownership—down the line.
