Offering a competitive hourly rate of $16.50 - $19.00, dependent on your experience and certifications, we are looking for individuals who are quick learners, adaptable, and have a strong sense of compassion and empathy.
Our clients have a range of needs, from assistance with daily chores and errands to personal care and companionship, especially crucial during these times. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing their quality of life, providing support that is both meaningful and vital. As part of our commitment to your growth, a performance evaluation will be conducted at the end of the first 90 days; outstanding performers will not only receive their first raise but also have access to further training for career advancement.

Requirements:
Previous caregiving experience preferred.
CPR and First Aid certifications are an advantage.
A valid Driver's License is required.
Work Location: Multiple Locations within the Fairbanks, North Pole, and Fort Wainwright areas.
