Wanted - Part time handyman position (flexible hours with occasional emergency call-outs) to assist with maintenance for multiple rental units. Experience in rough carpentry, trim carpentry, painting/sheetrock, Toyo stove maintenance and light plumbing and electrical repairs preferred. Please provide work experience and references. Pay DOE.
