An Apartment community is hiring full time Building/Property Maintenance Technicians.
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community.
Applicants should have knowledge and use of basic hand and power tools.ÂAt least 2 years of construction labor or building maintenance experience is preferred.ÂMust have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting
Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
Prepare units for new move-ins
Complete groundwork such as: grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping
Wages start at $16/HR DOE, Monday -Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements:
Background may be viewed
Valid Driverâs License
Reliable transportation needed daily and throughout shifts
Valid insurance and registration
Basic Hand tools
