Mammoth Marketing is looking for an account executive to join our team.
if you like marketing as much as a herd of wandering mammoths, then were looking for someone like you.
This position is largely responsible for handling the strategy and project management for our clients. Youll be their lifeline to discovering how their marketing is performing and coming up with new strategies moving forward.
Once a month youll be required to check in with your client list, define their priorities and manage the projects that help give them a Mammoth advantage.
Largely, this is a position of excellent customer service and organization.
Heres a list of the duties associated with this position:
Check in with clients regularly about their needs
Curate relationships with new and existing clients
Constantly educate yourself in new marketing tactics and best practices
Manage client projects from start to final approval
Set realistic deadlines for projects and ensure their delivery is on time
Adhere to internal processes as much as possible given client directives
Nice to have qualifications (not requirements):
Previous customer service experience
Prior knowledge of marketing or advertising
Knowledge or use of search engine management tactics
Creative or copy writing experience
