We are on the lookout for organized Real Estate Coordinator to join our CLIENTS Real Estate Team. This role entails supporting various market-related activities through due diligence, documentation, correspondence, and reporting, all under the guidance of the VP of our clients Real Estate. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support and submitting capital expenditure requests.
Coordinate and manage materials for presentations, acquisitions, and special projects while ensuring all team files are current and well-organized.
Maintain and process records related to electric payments, property taxes, annual business licenses, and lease agreements.
Oversee all monthly Lease Change Forms, reports, and audits, ensuring accurate updates of lease files in both digital and physical formats.
Assist the team in conducting background and revenue analysis for development opportunities and lease renewals.
Act as a liaison with property owners, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and satisfactory outcomes.
Support team members in obtaining and renewing necessary permits as mandated by local authorities.
