Hoffer Glass is looking for a counter sales representative to assist with sales and general office duties. As a sales representative, you must be able and willing to learn and have a strong knowledge of our products and services. We are looking for someone who is able to provide exceptional customer service via phone, in-person and e-mail with strong written and verbal skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Must be punctual and able to maintain a professional mindset.
Answer phones, greet customers, correspond with customers and general office duties.
Scheduling and confirming appointments; tracking job status and payment collection.
Quoting a variety of products and services such as glass, windows and doors.
Ability to learn new software programs
Ability to utilize basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentages.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, proficient computers skills, ability to learn new programs and software as well as general office equipment such as ability to scan, fax and e-mail.
Detail orientated, superior organizational skills ability to problem solve and ability to multi-task
Clean driving record as occasional expediting may be necessary.
Provide up-to-date product information to potential buyers.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work well and professionally with co-workers.
Order products for customer orders.
Other office duties as assigned.
