Field Asset Reporting, LLC, a mortgage field services company is seeking an independent contractor to provide services in Fairbanks county. Requires about 40-60 hours per month. Pay is based on per house inspected.
Your job is to perform 'Occupancy Verifications' on specific properties. You will be documenting your findings with photos and brief comments. At times, you will be leaving a note on behalf of the mortgage company. Each inspection should take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.
Job Duties:
Drive to specific properties
Take 4-5 photos
Leave note on behalf of mortgage company
Fill out form in app and upload with photos
Payment for your services is made once a month on the last Friday of the month.
