Birchwood Homes is in need of an exterior painter to join our team in Fairbanks, AK. Position is seasonal from May to August. Painter is responsible for rehabbing and painting of exterior of units. Painter with knowledge of various painting methods is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Some overtime and weekends may be required.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
⢠Paint the exteriors of units as required
⢠Work with other paint professionals to complete exterior of units
⢠Practice self-supervision and work at a fast pace to complete each paint in an efficient, timely manner.
Job Requirements:
⢠Valid Driver License is a must.
⢠1+ years' experience in painting, maintenance or equivalent preferred
