Mitigation Technician (Fairbanks Location)
$500 sign-on bonus + $500 continuance bonus after 6 months

Are you ready to make a difference? Taylored Restoration Services, an Alaskan-owned Construction/Restoration company with over 50 years of dedicated service, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians in the Fairbanks area.

Responsibilities:
Execute disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction and structural drying following IICRC standards.
Conduct demolition and removal tasks, including drywall, flooring, and insulation.
Set up and manage drying equipment at work sites, ensuring efficient setup and removal.
Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation.
Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation for emergency responses.
Drive company vehicles (no CDL required)
Qualifications:
IICRC certification preferred, training provided to become certified for non-certified applicants.
Hardworking, honest, dependable, and safety-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver license with no more than 3 driving infractions in the last 3 years.
Reliable, insured transportation at your disposal.
Willingness to cross-train within the cleaning and construction departments.
Physical capability to lift and move 75+ pounds multiple times per day.
Successful completion of post offer background and drug screenings (we test for heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine).
What we offer:
$500 sign-on bonus paid out on first paycheck, as well as $500 continuance bonus after 6 months of full-time employment. Signed bonus agreement required.
