About the Role:
Our busy paint shop in Deadhorse, Alaska is looking for a dependable Body Man Helper to support our high-volume industrial painting operations. This is a rotational position on the North Slope, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with masking and prepping surfaces for paint
Perform sandblasting on industrial equipment and components
Apply industrial coatings under supervision
Lift and move equipment or materials up to 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
2 years experience in industrial painting or surface prep is a plus
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
Willingness to work in Arctic weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
