Receives and confirms reservations via telephone, fax, letter or
e-mail.
Analyzes deposit log and takes appropriate action.
Clears wait-list according to priority procedures and processes
e-mail request for reservations.
Verifies all information is correct on reservation confirmation
prior to mailing.
Prints deposit due report and deletes reservation if deposit has
not been received by the due date.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this
position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify)
check.
Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance
on duty.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks
in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1
background investigation.
Works in a well lighted air conditioned office area; not exposed
to inclement weather conditions while working.
Qualifications
Work experience directly related to the duties described above
in a service related industry.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to type 40 words per minute.
