This role steps confidently into client-facing conversations while successfully balancing a variety of projects. As a leader in the community, this role contributes to the growth of the organization by identifying, pursuing, and supporting new business and project opportunities.Key responsibilities:Develop, build, and manage relationships with strategic partners and customers, both public and private, to build a pipeline of projects.Lead engineering design and project management for Facilities projects, including interacting directly with clients to ensure successful project deliveryIdentify pursuits and position market sector to secure new business in existing and new marketsWork with other internal market sectors to develop joint pursuits and encourage cross selling to existing clientsMentor and develop team members in both technical skills and professional growthAssist with proposals, presentations, and participation in professional organizations and tradeshowsAbility to travel nationwide as needed.Other duties as assigned/commensurate with a senior engineer role
