The primary job responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, ensuring sufficient quantity and high quality food preparation and production, while maintaining compliance with State and Federal Health Regulations. Specific duties include, responsible for producing and assisting in the food preparation. Ensures all State and Federal Food Preparation Regulations are adhered to in all aspects of food handling (proper storage, preparation, cleaning and disposal), creating menus, maintaining low waste while ensuring sufficient quantity, variety and quality of food, maintaining inventory for the Galley. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
