This is a Seasonal position from late May to the first week of September.
Responsibilities:
The main portion of the job is the 2nd Server position. This is 6 days a week, approximately 5.5 hours each night from 5:00-10:30pm.
§ Assist guests with fish drop off, as necessary.
§ Check with Office regarding any Manifest Changes/Remind guests to check the manifest.
§ Assist with getting water glasses ready, checking appetizers/bar, helping with dishes, helping get lunch forms, helping with swag orders, and anything else that needs to happen prior to dinner.
§ Gather completed Lunch Forms
§ Encourage guests to enjoy deck and fire pit (and cover and put items away at the end of the shift).
§ Help with Plating and Dinner Service
§ Clean dining room & tables after dinner
§ Prep Coffee Bar
§ Work with Head of House & Chef with late arriving guests.
§ Set tables for breakfast
§ Prep Breakfast Bar
§ Check that kitchen sinks are wiped, all counters clean, dishes/pans put away.
§ Sweep and steam floors.
§ Take out any trash and put new liners in trash cans.
§ Straighten lodge seating area after guests go to bed.
§ Put kitchen rags and towels to wash.
§ Leave instructions for Morning Chef
Additional Responsibilities:
§ You will be assigned hours on at least 2 days/week to assist housekeeping with heavy turnover days. Please check in with the Head Housekeeper to see what they would prefer you tackle to assist them. The goal is not to do EVERYTHING for them, but assist them in the best way possible so they can accomplish everything before new guests arrive. These days will be split shifts, so you will likely come in later in the evening to ensure you do not go over 8 hours a day.
§ Depending on staffing, you may cover for the Head of House 1 day a week (setting tables, checking rooms, setting up bar, pouring wine for wine service, etc.) for a 7.5 hour shift (2-9:30pm).

Hours: 40 hours a week
Attire: Black Shirt, Black pants, Apron (provided), Soft Shoes/Tennis shoes/Skechers
Salary Range: $15-$18/hour + tips
Qualifications:
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an incredible guest experience.
Passion for hospitality.
Detail oriented.
We require drug testing, corporate orientation, first aid and CPR training. All of our positions require the above duties/skills and qualifications but are not limited to those listed above.
