Responsibilities:
♦ Process transactions: Use point-of-sales system to scan items, collect payment, and issue receipts
♦ Help customers: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues
♦ Maintain records: Keep track of transactions, receipts, and withdrawals
♦ Handle returns: Process exchanges and returns, and generate refunds or store credits
♦ Maintain the checkout area: Keep the area clean and organized, replenishing shelves as needed
Requirements:
♦ Customer service: Be friendly, professional, and responsive to customer needs
♦ Communication: Be able to communicate clearly with customers and other staff
♦ Character: Be trustworthy & dependable
♦ Math/Computer: Have strong math & basic computer skills
♦ Attention to detail: Be able to accurately process transactions
♦ Physical stamina: Be able to stand for long periods of time and lift items
Tapps card preferred but we’ll help you get one if needed.
Needs reliable transportation.
Must be available 12 - 8pm, 5 days a week.
