Greet customers as they enter the store
Answering questions and provide information about products, features, promotions, and purchase policies
Making recommendations by identifying the customers needs and match them with products or services
Processing sales: Operate the cash draw and QuickBooks, take payments, and issue receipts
Must be responsible enough to handle large amounts of cash and make bank deposits when required
Handling returns: Process refunds, exchanges, and returns based on company policies
Contributing to team goals: Work with others to achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Maintaining inventory: Keep an eye on stock levels and notify inventory and purchasing personnel when items are low
Organizing products and ensure assigned areas are presentable and in-stock
Keep store clean and tidy by dusting showroom products frequently
Personnel will be responsible for opening and closing store location
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Processing exchanges, returns, and refunds according to company policies
Computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Experience with quickbooks is desired however not necessary
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
