Byler Contracting is seeking a.and.nbsp;part time warranty/customer service specialist. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have general construction knowledge and experience. Primary job role would be to troubleshoot any problems and solve them. Must be able to communicate and schedule with the home owner and subcontractors for warranty repairs but have the ability to do general handyman work/repair work yourself if need be. Having skills of.and.nbsp;installing tile, grouting, and sealant is a huge plus and is highly desirableand.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Primary Job Role: Answer incoming warranty/services calls to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems. Have the ability to.and.nbsp;go on site.and.nbsp;and .and.nbsp;determine if the item(s) in question .and.nbsp;qualifies under warranty repair that needs to be done by subcontractors or if it is.and.nbsp;something that you can replace or repairand.nbsp;Must be able to communicate and schedule with owners and .and.nbsp;subcontractors for warranty repairs. Follow up with homeowners or property managers to confirm they are completely satisfied with the work that was done.
