We are seeking a Director of Crisis Services to join a highly reputable behavioral health organization servicing Yuma/Casa Grande/Tucson area . This is a compassionate and patient-driven inpatient facility providing integrative care using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.Must be Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensure preferred (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW).Shift: Typically, Mon – Fri, 9 – 5, some on call required (about 1 week/month) This is a crisis location so some flexibility may be required even when not on call. This can include nights and weekends.Pay: $120k/year with flexibility based on experience .Responsibilities:The Director of Crisis Services - Maricopa County oversees the day to day operations of assigned facility based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services. The Director of Crisis Services - Maricopa manages and mentors the Program Managers and Operation Administrators to ensure that clinical services and operations are delivered in accordance with Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes.Benefits:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a field related to behavioral health. Master’s preferred
5 years management experience or the equivalent through work experience in facility based crisis or medical facility.
Data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming.
Ability to obtain and maintain AZ fingerprint clearance or good cause exemption
Current AZ Driver’s License
Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensure preferred (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW).
CPR/First Aid
