About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Commercial Collections Representative for the Account Resolutions teams within Commerical Banking Operations as a part of Wholesale Operations. Maintain a high-quality account portfolio through the maintenance, collections, restructuring, modification, refinancing, transferring and file updating on all leases, lease purchases, conditional sales contracts and promissory notes
Disposition equipment through sales, renewal and release on all terminations
Utilize a solid understanding of company policies, procedures and collection systems in performance of duties
Receive direction from supervisors
Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to influence and drive for results and process improvement
Possess a high level of drive and enthusiasm
