About this role:Wells Fargo Auto is seeking to hire early career Associate Product Managers to drive product and capability transformation across its business. Deeply understand customer pain points through qualitative and quantitative approaches and convert them into actionable problem statements and solutions
Analyze existing experience, processes, and product performance data to define improvement opportunities and product roadmap features
Be a problem solver who helps drive clarity through thought leadership and analytical frameworks for low to medium complexity problems
Help improve UX/UI in experiences where relevant by effectively partnering with designers
Lead Exercise independent judgment to guide low to medium complexity deliverables
Lead prioritization of near-term product backlog to deliver high impact outcomes
Clearly define stories, features and acceptance criteria for sprint deliverables
Foster a strong agile discipline by effectively leading and contributing to agile ceremonies- Sprint planning, daily stand up, retrospectives and sprint review
Deliver execution quality through building preventative and detective monitoring for product launches and life cycle
Collaborate and consult with cross functional team members, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties
Effectively collaborate with technology team to drive clarity on requirements and provide input on proposed technology solution as needed during the product development
Ensure products comply with banks legal, compliance and regulatory requirements by effectively partnering with experts for guidance and advice
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ months of Product Management experience, marketing experience , or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Product Management experience in auto lending and/or building consumer or internal user facing digital products
New product development experience, preferably within the financial services industry
BS/ BA degree or higher, preferably in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
Experience analyzing and leveraging data and customer insights to make business decisions
Proven ability to translate, summarize and document complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas while operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Experience translating business strategy into products and using roadmaps to get results
Experience working closely with scrum teams to define, build and launch features from the existing roadmap
Experience with agile scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
