Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes.
Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, with precision.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Conduct tool selections, setups, and adjustments for optimal machining performance.
Monitor machine operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Document and report any production issues or quality concerns to management.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and efficiencies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Create and maintain detailed records of programming changes and adjustments.
Assist in training and mentoring junior operators and programmers.
Develop and implement work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices.
Assist in the procurement and management of tooling and materials.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
