Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity, including coaching and mentoring younger talent.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.

Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen: a person who was born anywhere in the United States or its territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, or who obtained U.S. citizenship through naturalization.YOU MUST HAVE:

Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles, including Six Sigma principles such as DMAIC analysis.

Strong knowledge of production technologies, such as automation and manufacturing equipment, including wide interaction with contractors and suppliers.

At least 5 years of experience launching and stabilizing new processes and products.

At least 5 years of proven experience with ergonomics and industrial engineering projects focusing on labor condition improvement.

Experience with data analysis and statistical process control

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proven record of manpower projects, improving efficiency and cycle time.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Wide experience with time study, PLM/3D CAD, and human modeling software suites for manufacturing environments.
