Position Details:Pediatric Patient·Acuity Level: Gtube·Location: Chandler (85249)·Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 10a-6p (MIDDAY SHIFTs)About case: Patient is an pediatric female who is needing help 2 days a week. They are 8 hour shifts. The patient has a gtube. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
