Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Receptionist in Chandler, Arizona. This role is within the medical industry, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing heavy phone calls and walk-ins, providing excellent customer service, and understanding medical terminology.Responsibilities: Manage high volumes of incoming calls and walk-ins, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly. Utilize medical terminology knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and medical staff. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations within the medical office. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Utilize your skills in medical office operations to support the team and enhance patient experience. Leverage your primary care experience to help patients navigate their healthcare journey. Multitask efficiently to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
