SUPPORT EXPECTATIONSSupport Merchandisers based on geography and footprint to maximize service, communications, and engagementComplete on-boarding of new merchandiser(s), certify readiness and ensure adherence to Red Bull merchandising standardsIn the absence of Merchandising Manager, duties include but not limited to main merchandising point of contact and communication with merchandising team, route coverage and/or rescheduling/rerouting to ensure service levels are maintainedEnsure Red Bull products are properly rotated and maintained in accordance with product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concernsEnsure that all Red Bull equipment is set to current standards, clean, in good working order, and presented in a premium mannerEXECUTIONMaintain records required for compliance with internal policy up to and including mileage records, trainings and other records required by lawExecute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routinesEvaluate all competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Merchandising    Manager or other members of sales teamBuild, protect, and grow the Red Bull product portfolioNotify appropriate Account Sales Manager for pick up and / or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, as well as any out-of-stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunitiesEstablish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with retail managers of accountsBUILDING SUCCESSCollaborate with sales team members in executing new programs and selling in large displaysWork collaboratively across the organization and share best practicesLead by example and adhere to Company standards & Red Bull ValuesProfessional representation of the company and Red Bull brand through responsible driving and in market presence
