RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Semiconductor Maintenance Technician in Chandler, Arizona (AZ).
Responsibilities include:
The Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and repair all hardware and process failures for various tool sets
Troubleshoot unexpected failures
Perform preventive maintenance activities following standardized work documents
Use SPC charts and software to evaluate tool performance
Document maintenance activities and assist in improving standardized work documents for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
As a Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will maintain spare parts inventory and various other activities related to the success of the area
Assist Equipment Engineers with equipment upgrades, improvements, and long down troubleshooting
Work with process technicians on wafer recoveries and post maintenance qualification tasks
The Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician will coordinate equipment down time with manufacturing leads
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years of experience Semiconductor Manufacturing experience
Supporting equipment such as pumps, chillers, heat exchangers
Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills
Ability to deal with multiple equipment downs and shifting priorities
Hands on experience with the following:
AMAT Etchers: DPS, ASP, Emax, IPS chambers
AMAT Thin Films PVD Endura
AMAT Thin Films CVD Producer
SEZ Wet clean
200 mm experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
