Translate customer and product requirements into clear design specifications and practical circuit solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign and verify CMOS analog circuits for custom mixed-signal ASICs, including amplifiers, oscillators, LDOs, comparators, references, and biasing circuits.Take technical ownership of assigned subsystems and guide them from specification and design through silicon validation and production ramp.Collaborate with project leads and cross-functional teams to define system architecture and design strategies.Work closely with Layout Engineering to guide physical implementation and ensure layout quality for assigned circuits.Develop and maintain accurate design specifications, simulation results, review materials, and technical documentation.Partner with Design-for-Test engineers to support DFT strategy and implementation.Lead silicon debugging, characterization, and laboratory evaluation activities for assigned designs.Collaborate with Test and Product Engineering to support test development, qualification, and production ramp.Identify technical risks and resolve design issues through analysis, simulation, and laboratory investigation.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.Take ownership of continued technical and professional development through internal learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
