About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Accountability Specialist as part of the Office Head of Technology. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.This role will have a significant role in the Technology organizations adherence to the Global Delivery Activities (GDA) policy, as well as monitoring execution of the Global Delivery Enablement (GDE) process. The role will be responsible for standards and controls related to Technology's compliance with the GDA policy, which will include how the program is reflected through Technology's RCSA program. This person will direct monitoring Technology's portfolio of transitions, and lead employees, both in the United States and India, related to how the monitoring plan is designed and executed. This person will be asked to participate in committees and forums related to Technology's offshoring presence.In this role, you will:

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence plans, specifications, resource needs, and goals for multi-faceted, highly complex, or long-term risk mitigation and control strategies on behalf of the business

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks which require understanding of business-specific knowledge related to financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT, systems security, business process management, and applicable business acumen

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, multi-faceted, long-term, or companywide strategies

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience with policies and programs specific to transitioning functions from the United States to International locations

Previous experience directing employees in international locations

Experience working in a regulatory environment with knowledge of technology policies and standards

Strong ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support problem analysis in writing including presentations, executive summaries, and reporting

Demonstrated understanding of technology risk management, mitigation, and governance

Ability to drive results independently or in collaboration with business partners

A high comfort level with working in a fast paced, unstructured, unpredictable, and frequently changing environment

Ability to interact with all levels of the Wells Fargo organization
