We are seeking a Staff Strategic Planning Specialist This Staff Strategic Planning Specialist serves as a key strategic thought 
partner within the Renesas Power Product Group. As we scale the Power business, driven 
by tremendous growth in AI and datacenter infrastructure, intelligent edge devices, and 
software defined vehicles, the Strategy team provides decision support for the Power 
Product Group executive team. This role sits at the intersection of long-range planning, 
commercial strategy, M&A and technology evaluation, and executive communication. 
Role & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication of strategic priorities across the Power Product Group.Operational Support: Aid in the development and implementation of processes and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.Documentation and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
