Third Party Risk Analyst About our Team: This team drives mission critical initiatives across the Elsevier Technology Information Security and Data Protection organization.About the Role: This role will act as the lead for all security contract and vendor due diligence issues. You will serve as the main point of contact for legal and procurement for vendor due diligence efforts.Responsibilities
Working with customers to address issues related to our standard security terms.
Performing vendor due diligence and audit remediation efforts.
Serving as the GRC lead for mergers & acquisition activities.
Facilitating the collection of third-party vendor information.
Conducting risk assessments as required.
Scheduling deployment of vendor due diligence questionnaires.
Requirements
Display an understanding of legal contractual terms.
Experience conducting contract reviews and negotiating security terms.
Possess a familiarity with various risk assessment methodologies.
Experience with conducting risk assessments related to mergers & acquisitions.
Possess an understanding of current security industry standards and regulatory requirements
Experience maturing a vendor risk program.
