Our CPA firm is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records for multiple clients
Perform data entry, bookkeeping and light administrative duties
Process payroll, prepare payroll tax returns, 1099s, and sales tax returns
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable
Required Qualifications:
3+ years bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax experience
Performance of job duties at high level of accuracy
Experience with diverse industry types
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software certification
Proficient in Microsoft products
Ability to prioritize and efficiently track tasks
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
