An established automotive service operation is seeking a highly experienced Auto Shop Manager to oversee daily shop activities and lead a team of mechanics.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support mechanics to maintain high-quality work and efficient workflow
Provide advanced mechanical knowledge for repairs, diagnostics, and planning
Oversee day-to-day shop operations, workflow coordination, and quality control
Manage parts inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and, when necessary, customers
Support efforts to expand customer vehicle services and overall shop profitability

5+ years experience in automotive shop management
Strong hands-on mechanical background with the ability to advise on complex issues
Proven experience in parts management, ordering, and vendor coordination
