HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a Part-time On-site Community Association Assistant Manager for an up-scale HOA community in beautiful Sedona Arizona.

Candidate needs to work well individually and with a team in a high performing/fast-paced environment. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. This position manages the day-to-day operations of a mid-size condominium HOA community with oversight of amenities.

This position is responsible for monitoring and assisting in the collection of delinquencies, assisting the Board and Committees with financial planning, knowing and enforcing CC&RS, being familiar with Association's plat maps, and ordering emergency repairs on common elements. Overseeing projects and maintaining a Daily Calendar of routine maintenance for the property.

Applicants should have excellent customer service. Microsoft Office and computer skills are a must, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a continually-moving environment. This is a 20 hour per week position. One monthly evening Board of Directors meeting and possibly Special meetings as needed.

Minimum of 3 years successful HOA management experience is preferred.

Employment contingent upon pre-employment drug screen, background check and computer skills test.
