Medical Cannabis Dispensary in Flagstaff seeking an experienced and organized professional to fill the role of a full time General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, detail oriented person to join a growing company with a very bright future.
This position calls for an individual who possesses flexibility in their schedule, is comprehensive and detailed oriented, with a confident, strong and pleasant personality. The role will entail a range of responsibilities including:
- organizing and overseeing day-day operations
- overseeing accuracy and efficiency of dispensing staff
- enforcing policies and procedures
- creating staff schedule
- recognizing store trends and tracking analytics for every aspect of the shop
- completing tasks issued by administration and ownership
- coordinating staff meetings
- maintaining calendar organization
- issuing discipline to staff when needed
- communicating efficiently via email, telephone, and face-to-face with all company personnel
- staying up-to-date with promos, company updates, etc. in order to effectively communicate that information to staff
- training new and existing staff
- taking responsibility for ordering, invoices, payment and statements
- performing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reviews and provide suggestions for improvement to management
- facilitating monthly audit of all inventory in store in order to report shrinkage to Administration and Ownership
- ensuring ongoing compliance with ADHS Medical Marijuana Program

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Free from any felony convictions
- Must have own means of reliable transportation
- Customer service phone experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow through on required tasks
- General computer skills (typing, google sheets, ability to navigate through different recruiting sites)
Medical Cannabis Dispensary experience preferred
Management experience preferred
