Position: Barista
Location: Sedona, AZ
Pay: Hourly wage starts at $16.25/hour, plus pooled tips (avg $10-15/hr)

FreeForm Coffee is a specialty coffee roasting company dedicated to providing exceptional coffee, fostering sustainability, and creating a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike. We roast our coffee in-house and focus on sourcing the highest quality beans from around the world, while honoring the unique flavors and origins of each lot.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer service-focused individual to join our team as a Barista. If you’re passionate about coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love connecting with people, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Customer Service: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers. Take orders, make recommendations, and share your coffee knowledge.
Prepare Exceptional Coffee: Brew delicious espresso drinks, pour overs, and other specialty coffee beverages with care and precision.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the café neat and tidy throughout your shift, including cleaning equipment and maintaining an organized workspace.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with your fellow baristas and the rest of the FreeForm team to ensure smooth operations and great customer experiences.
Learn and Grow: As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your coffee knowledge and hone your barista skills through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:
Prior barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
A love of coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
