Experienced Line Cooks
We are currently seeking line cooks to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a full production kitchen.
We are seeking candidates with enthusiasm and a desire to wow our guests by providing exceptional food. We are willing to train the right person.
Skills and Qualifications:
Team Work:Having a strong team mindset, showing respect and dedication to the art of casual fine dining in an Italian kitchen. A dedication to delivering and exceeding the guest experience with every dish.
Food Safety Knowledge:Understanding proper food handling, personal hygiene, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Attention to Detail:Ability to plate dishes with precision and consistency.
Time Management:Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.Bi-lingual is helpful but not required
Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Casual Fine Dining Experience:Previous experience in a casual fine dining establishment is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Experience in Italian kitchens highly sought after.
