Position Descriptions:
Experienced saute cook - must have minimum 3 years experience working in a fast paced, high volume scratch kitchen using fresh ingredients.
Experienced grill cook - must have minimum 3 years experience working a high volume grill cooking steaks and various seafood items.
Experienced breakfast cook - must have minimum of 3 years experience working a high volume kitchen, preparing eggs and various breakfast items.
Experienced baker - must have experience in preparing from scratch various morning baked-goods.
Enjoy working on a fast paced line along side experienced, driven cooks.
Communicates well during service and is able to give, as well as, take order commands efficiently.
Able to work efficiently using safe food handling practices.
Proficient in food safety preparation as well as proper storage.
Open/flexible availability (must be able to work weekends).
