Overview
We are looking to hire part time or full time servers and bartenders for local Flagstaff restaurant: The Northern Pines. Applicants must have experience. Applicants should have a good attitude, ability to multitask, and be able to work on a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Introducing yourself to their table and taking initial drink orders
Knowledge of entire menu, including sides and some dish preparations
Upselling menu items like drinks, desserts, and add-ons
Ensuring customers are satisfied with service and dish quality
Working as a team to pre-bus tables, keep water glasses full, and refilling drinks as needed
Have a good attitude at all times
Timely, friendly service
Side work during down times to increase operation efficiency
Cash out at the end of shift
