A fast-paced restaurant is looking for an experienced Lead Cook/Kitchen Manager. This is an hourly position and eligible for benefits such as Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Hilton travel privileges. Responsible to assist Executive Chef with menu creation, training, hiring, accountability, catering events (on-site and off-site), inventory controls, scheduling, and cover for Executive Chef on days off and vacations.
