Up The Creek Bistro is looking for an experienced cook for lunch and dinner service. Duties include prepping vegetables, dressings, and sauces as well as saute, grill, and expo. Candidates should have spent time on the line, and have the temperament to execute service in a professional manner. We specialize in French, Italian, and fusion American cuisine. Knowledge of meat temps, sauces, and wine/food pairings a plus. Healthcare benefits are available after 3 months. Starting pay ranges from $21-$28/ hour plus tips, depending on experience.
