Mother Road Brewing Company’s Downtown Tap Room in Flagstaff, Arizona has expanded hours and seeks a part-time Host (our word for bartender) to join the Mother Road story. Hosts at Mother Road work as a team to build community, one pint at a time.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Providing Radical Hospitality to our guests
Facilitating a memorable craft beer experience
Telling the Mother Road story
Contributing towards guest and crew safety

LICENSE TO DRIVE
Want to travel with us? The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with a wide variety of people; is detail oriented; can navigate complex social situations; and is passionate about craft beer. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history, and the Southwest are a candidate bonus.
A qualified candidate will have demonstrated high performance in their previous places of work and communicate cultural add. Hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to work weekends.
