Pay: $17.85 and up - To Be Discussed depending on experience and all employees included in the tip pool.

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Wholesale Prep Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will prepare large quantities of meats, vegetables, and dressings for our wholesale sandwich production line. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that everything is prepped and ready for assembly, allowing the team to work efficiently and deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep meats, vegetables, and dressings for large-scale sandwich production.
Organize ingredients for efficient assembly of sandwiches.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, ensuring all food safety standards are followed.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow recipes and instructions to prepare ingredients to the correct specifications.
Support wholesale orders and ensure accurate, timely production.
Opportunity for cross-training in other kitchen areas, including line cooking for the cafe (prepping salads, sandwiches, and soups) to increase hours.
Qualifications:
No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
Must be reliable and show up on time.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours during shifts.
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must lift up to 50 lbs as necessary for food prep.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver great food to our loyal customers.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Line Cook with kitchen experience to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including hot sandwiches, savory breakfast items, salads, and more. In addition to your cooking duties, you will be involved in prep work like making dressings, soups, and salsas, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook hot sandwiches using presses and conveyor ovens.
Create beautifully presented salads that match our café’s standards.
Cook savory breakfast items such as burritos and other morning dishes.
Assist in prepping ingredients for soups, dressings, salsas, and other café items.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Opportunity to cross-train in front-of-house operations, including smoothies and barista tasks, if additional hours are desired.
Extra consideration given to applicants with experience slicing deli meats.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Previous experience in a kitchen setting (line cooking or food prep).
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
Ability to collaborate and work well with others in a team.
Flexibility to adapt and cross-train in different areas (smoothies, barista tasks).
Must be reliable and punctual.
Extra consideration for experience in slicing deli meats.
No Experience?
No problem! We encourage you to apply, especially if you’re eager to work on the back of house line. We have several positions for those with less experience and are happy to provide training if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
